Using Rapidly
Rapidly is provided by Exponentially. These terms apply when you access or use Rapidly software, including its website, Idea Validator, API and MCP connection. By using Rapidly, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
You must use Rapidly lawfully, keep your account and credentials secure, and only submit content you have the right to use. You must not use Rapidly to access another customer's data, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or cause harm.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, prompts, documents and other content you submit. You give us permission to process and store that content only as needed to provide, secure and support Rapidly, as described in the privacy policy.
AI output and experiments
Rapidly helps you turn an idea into a Lean Canvas, a measurable hypothesis and a small experiment. AI-generated material can be incomplete or wrong, so review it before relying on it. You remain responsible for your experiments, decisions, legal obligations and any product you choose to build.
Rapidly helps you gather evidence. It doesn't guarantee that an idea, experiment or business will succeed, and it isn't legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Plans and payment
The price, trial period, usage limits and billing cycle shown when you subscribe, or set out in an agreed proposal, apply to your plan. Taxes may apply. If a payment is overdue, we may restrict paid features after giving reasonable notice.
Availability and account access
We work to keep Rapidly available and secure, but interruptions can happen. We may change the service as we improve it. If a material change affects a paid service, we'll give reasonable notice where practicable.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Rapidly or its users, respond to unlawful or harmful use, address non-payment, or deal with a material breach of these terms. We'll give notice where it is reasonable and safe to do so.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
